Mark is the Senior Instructor at Capital Soo Bahk Do and has over 20 years experience in Martial Arts.
Mark started training under Master Glenn on the 26th of November 1987. He graded to Cho (1st) Dan on the 26th of September 1992. He graded to Ee (2nd) Dan on the 26th of November 1994 and Sam (3rd) Dan on the 12th of October 2002.
In 1999 Mark travelled to Japan and China for training having many unique and memorable training moments.
In September 2005 Mark travelled to Korea where he undertook his Sa (4th) Dan grading at the Ko Dan Ja Shim Sa, the week long grading for people testing in the Master Ranks (4th Dan and up). This grading is supervised by Kwan Jang Nim (Grand Master) HC Hwang of World Moo Duk Kwan. At this same grading Mark also tested for Sa Bom Certification (the highest instructor certification in Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan). Mark extended his stay in Korea to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan.

Paul Adamson

Paul Adamson is a senior instructor at Capital Soo Bahk Do Academy Do Jang and currently holds the rank of Ee Dan.
Paul started training under Master Glenn in August 1998 and graded to Cho Dan on the 24th of July 2003.
He traveled to Japan in 2001 for training and Korea in 2005 to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan. Paul completed his Jo Kyo training during this year obtaining his instructors teaching certificate.
Paul travelled to San Diego in 2007 and competed in the US Soo Bahk Do Nationals.
